- During the summer months, the swimming pool will be heated and guests can use the air conditioning at no extra charge (most other villas charge at least £100 per week for each of these); and
- Unlimited use of PlayStation 2, SKY TV, DVD player, book/CD/DVD library, widescreen TV.
Our villa is fully licensed with the local authority under Alojamento Local number 8185/AL.
Our villa more than complies with all safety requirements, something which a lot of people who casually let out their holiday home do not comply with. This is important because if the villa you book is not fully licensed, you may find you are not allowed to stay in the villa when you arrive because the local authorities have been cracking down on unlicensed properties.
